Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate incoming sales inquiries from Impala website or similar
- Monitor web-chat and engage with client inquiries
- Engage with clients inquiring services like instruction manuals, packaging, labels
- Client research and profiling
- Supervise and update digital and printed sales and marketing material
- Website content supervision and supply to web-design team
- Monthly newsletter creation (internal / clients)
- Manage the implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns
- Keep track on marketing campaign performance, evaluate and analyze data and generate various reports to reflect ROI
- Research and coordinate seminars and business events on a regular basis to generate leads
- Explore and develop effective online & offline channels to strengthen company business and brand awareness
- Social Media channel management
Requirements:
- University degree holder in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese typing
- Experience in project management systems like Monday.com is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, independent and be able to think out of the box
- Eager to learn and be able to work with the team
- Strong analytical mind and skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with good presentation skills
